Rules of the apartments

  1. General rules:
  • Upon arrival the guests are obliged to show the maintainer their personal documents (Id card, driving license), due to data collection, and hand over the amount to be paid on the spot. Our guests can only occupy the apartments after they have paid the full fee!The total  fee refers to the amount of days booked in advance, in case you decide to cancel your stay earlier, we will not be able to refund the money.

 

  • The accommodation can only be used in the pre -arranged number of guests.Staff are entitled to check,- without prior notice-, whether the number of guests staying at the property is as announced.The checking shall not involve harassment of the guests and shall be carried out in compliance with the privacy rights of the guests.

 

  • If you have any problems with the apartment during your stay, please notify the staff immediately. We cannot accept any post -complaints!

 

  1. Accommodation:
  • Accommodation can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, it is necessary to leave the apartment until 10:00, otherwise an additional fee will be charged. Other options can be arranged flexibly by prior arrangement.

 

  • When the apartment is permanently abandoned, the key must be given to the maintainer. The staff must be informed in advance about the time of your departure. When leaving temporarily or permanently, please turn off the water, turn off the lights and other electrical devices, close the window and close the door.

 

  • In view of the order of silence and the neighbors, please do not engage in any noisy activities.Furthermore,in case of late arrival to your apartments, be silent and civilized around and in the apartments,in order not to disturb the peace of others.

 

  1. Responsibility:
  • In the event of a possible loss of the keys handed over, guests are obliged to indicate it immediately to the maintainer and reimburse the price of the keys and the lock change.

 

  •  The host is not responsible for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use of the devices provided by the host.The guest is responsible for his or her own behavior in the house and around it, in case of a possible accident the guest has all the responsibilities.

 

  • We ask you to keep an eye on the tidiness and to protect the furnishings of the House. It is forbidden to take out the equipments (e.g. towels, pillows, blankets, other devices) from the House! When arriving and departing, the rooms are viewed. Please check the status and operation of the equipments immediately when arriving and indicate any errors to the staff.the maintainer is not responsible for the assets of the guests and for the valuables left in the apartments.

 

  • Guests have financial liability for damage caused by them due to the improper use of the devices. The damage caused in the area of the apartment building shall be compensated by the person causing the damage or its legal representative.

 

  • Each guest can use the pool  at their own risk. Under the age of 14 the pool can only be used under the supervision of a parent or adult. Jumping into the pool is strictly forbidden! The accommodation holder is not responsible for any incidents.

 

  • The playground can only be used by children with the supervision of parents or adults and only with the parent’s responsibility.

 

  • The fireplace  can only be used orderly by the guests , and the guest is obliged to compensate for the failure to do so.

 

  1. Dining:

 

  • The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. Please use the dining and kitchen rooms in the house for meals, in the other rooms please do not eat. Do not place a metal container or cutlery in the microwave ! Do not leave the induction heating plate under current when it is unused!

 

  1. Pets:

 

  • Pets and other animals can only be brought into the house by prior arrangement.Only the owner of the animal, the person who brings the animal to the house, are responsible for them and the  accidents or damage resulting from them. Special prize for pets will be charged.

 

  1. Parking:

 

  • Cars and vehicles can only be parked on parking space maintained for the guests and presented by the maintainer.

 

  1. Cleaning:

 

  • Household garbage can be collected in a bin located in the kitchen. If it is full, place them in the trashcan in the yard! Another trash bag is located under the sink!

 

  1. Garden:

 

  • A kertet a személyzet gondozza. Kérjük, ügyeljenek a kert tisztaságára, a növények épségére.

 

  1. Error reporting:

 

  • As in any household, it can happen that something goes wrong through no fault of the guests. If an abnormality is detected, please report it to the maintainer immediately in order to prevent possible serious damage.

 

  1. Fire regulations/ Smoking:

 

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building, except in accordance with the relevant legal provisions,in the area which is properly designated for this purpose.  ( XLII of 1999. law)

 

  • It is forbidden to bring any flammable materials or devices into the apartment.

 

  • Each apartment has a powder extinguisher.

 

The guest has met the policy at the same time as signing the notification form, note, and recognizes its obligations.The guest is obliged to observe the house rules.In the event that the guest does not do so, the maintainer has the right to withdraw from the accommodation and the agreement on the related services immediately. Theft or damage of objects may result in other measures.

 

There may be any extraordinary events in the building. Depending on an extraordinary event, to be notified by phone without delay:

  • Ambulance (in case of accident) 104
  • Fire Department (in case of fire) 105
  • Police ( in case of breach of peace) 107
  • General emergency number 112
